Before the brush and tree removal began, over-grown wooded areas around greens and tees impeded air movement to the turf. This can affect the health of the grass in times of stress.
After brush removal, the wooded area around #7 green allowed more air movement and the area looked much better.
On the left side of #7 several large trees were removed which opened up the view from tee to green. This also allowed air flow to the green.
The crew has done an excellent job of chipping the piles of limbs from all the brush clearing.
